My name is Samuel Berger and I started filming stop-motion movies when I was about seven years old. Later I started studying MultiMediaArt with a focus on film at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences. During an 8-month stay in the United States I developed and produced my graduation film.

I work on TV and film productions in various roles, including projects for ServusTV, ARD, ZDF and ORF - such as feature films, documentaries, TV shows, -movies, and -broadcasts. I also film music videos and wedding films. Most recently, I was booked as a camera operator for a documentary about Benjamin Karl, produced for ServusTV.

I'm here to work with you every step of the way - as a camera operator, director, bit actor or part of the crew. Whether it's a video, short film, documentary or commercial, we'll develop it together and bring it to the shoot.

My gear includes a professional Cinema Line camera (Sony FX3), a high-quality Sony G-Master 24-70mm lens, a professional gimbal (DJI Ronin 3 Pro Combo), and lighting equipment. Additional gear can be rented from suppliers to meet specific project requirements.

Born on December 20, 1994, in Austria, Primus Delphin Samuel Berger’s passion for filmmaking began at the age of seven, when he first experimented with stop-motion videos. This early spark has since developed through hands-on experience and his ongoing studies in MultiMediaArt at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, with a focus on film.

Samuel has contributed to productions like "Der Bergdoktor" (Season 19), "Die letzte Walküre" (2026), "Nine Perfect Strangers" (Season 2), "The Million Dollar Bet" (2025), "Der Geier" (2024), and  "Without a Trace - The Case of Nathalie B." (2025), gaining expertise in the camera- and production department. He has also worked with networks such as ServusTV, ZDF, and ORF, and honed his skills in music- and wedding video productions.

During his stay in Utah, USA, Samuel has worked on his graduation film as part of an exchange program at Southern Utah University. Supported by Graf Filmproduktion GmbH, Magic Models GmbH, Land Kärnten Kultur as sponsors, Great Story Sound LLC as an audio post-production partner, Monte Nero Productions as an VFX partner and Utah Shakespeare Festival, as well as Southern Utah University and Salzburg University of Applied Sciences as supporters, this project marks a significant milestone in his journey as a filmmaker.

With a clear career objective of working in the film industry, whether it’s crafting cinematic visuals, directing narratives, or stepping in front of the camera, Samuel is ready to bring his ideas to the screen and contribute to the future of the film world.
